These terms apply to every purchase made through theconsultantcoach.ae.

By registering for a session, applying for a program, or using any service on this site, you agree to the terms below.

1. Orders and Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Your card statement will display the billing descriptor associated with The Consultant Coach.

Prices are displayed in the currency specified at checkout and may be changed at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to decline an application or booking for legitimate reasons, including eligibility, suitability, or availability. If payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Any suspected fraudulent or unauthorised use of payment methods may be reported to the relevant authorities. All materials and resources provided by The Consultant Coach are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, sharing, or commercial use of these materials is prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Delivery

The Masterclass and The Ignite Session are delivered live on Zoom, on the date and time confirmed at booking.

The Rise or Resist Program is delivered in person in Abu Dhabi, over two full days, on the date confirmed after your application is accepted.

If a session date changes for reasons on our side, you will be notified and offered the next available date, or a full refund.

3. Refunds

The Rise or Resist Program

This refund option exists only at the end of day two. Not days, weeks, or months later.

If, at the end of the two days, you feel the program was not worth your investment, you may request a refund on the spot. We retain 25% to cover the cost of delivering the two days, and refund the remaining 75% to you.

Masterclasses and The Ignite Session

Non-refundable once booked, given the personal time and preparation dedicated ahead of the session. For The Ignite Session specifically, every application is reviewed personally, followed by a discovery call, before any payment is requested. This exists to protect your investment and your time before you commit.

Resources Section – Digital products

Free resources are provided as is and are not subject to refund.

Paid downloadable resources are refunded within 2 days of purchase, no questions asked. Contact us at admin@theconsultantcoach.ae with your order details and the refund will be processed promptly.

4. Things outside anyone’s control

Changes in law, government restriction, or similar events beyond our control may prevent a session from going ahead as planned. If this happens, we will offer the next available date, or an alternative arrangement, and communicate with you as early as possible.

5. How you may use our materials

Any material provided as part of a session or program, including written frameworks, worksheets, and resources, is for your personal use only. It may not be reproduced, shared, distributed, or used to deliver a competing coaching service.

6. Outcomes and responsibility

The Consultant Coach provides coaching. It is not therapy, and nothing offered constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you are currently under the care of a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist, please continue that care.

If you are currently receiving treatment from a licensed medical or mental health professional, or are taking prescribed medication, please inform that professional of your decision to begin coaching with us before your first session.

Results vary and depend on your own participation. We do not promise a specific outcome. You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing.Our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant session or program.

7. Confidentiality

We keep what you share with us during a session or application confidential, and will not disclose it, except where we are required to by law.
